How long is each term?
Each term runs for 8 weeks. Term dates for the whole year can be found here:
How many songs do you teach per term?
Each term is divided into two 4-week parts and we teach 1 song every 4 weeks, so 2 songs per term.
What is the term structure like and do we get any videos of our routines?
Within the 4-week parts, we teach the routine for the first 3 weeks and for the 4th lesson, we bring out costumes (at no additional cost to the students) and do a mini-performance class.
During the first 3 weeks, we record the practice routines and post them on YouTube (as unlisted), so these are only visible by the student receiving the link.
In the 4th week, we do a professional video recording and editing and post them on YouTube (as public), so these can be shared with family and friends.
Do I have to be in the videos?
There is no obligation for anyone to be in the videos, whether that is weekly practices or the 4th week performance video. We encourage it, as it helps you practice and review any mistakes and the 4th week performance video is an opportunity to dress up and share your video with your family and friends to spread your love of Bollywood!
Please note that we cannot control if students/families share the weekly performance videos externally.
